The American Side, Properly

Every attraction is in New York State: the falls, the gorge, and downtown Buffalo.

Not a Consolation Lineup

The pass leads with the attractions people plan whole trips around, not the ones with spare capacity to give away.

Anchored by the Names You Actually Came For

A pass is only as good as what’s in it. Ours leads with the attractions people plan whole trips around — the boat at the base of the falls, the wooden walkways into the gorge, a genuine Great Lakes aquarium, an eighteenth-century fort on Lake Ontario, and Buffalo’s waterfront adventure complex.

Maid of the Mist

The boat to the base of the falls.

Cave of the Winds

Wooden walkways descending into the Niagara Gorge

Aquarium of Niagara

Penguins, sea lions, and a Great Lakes gallery minutes from the state park

Buffalo RiverWorks

Ziplines, climbing and events on the Buffalo River.

Old Fort Niagara

The 18th-century fort where the Niagara River meets Lake Ontario.

Crossing From Ontario?

The American side is a different trip, and most Ontario visitors have only ever done the Canadian one. The boat, the gorge walkways, Darien Lake, and Buffalo’s waterfront are all on this side of the river. We’ve written the crossing guide — bridges, documents, and when to time it.

Why the American Side Needed a Pass

The American side of Niagara has never had a packaging problem in the sense of quality. It has the state park, the boat, the gorge walkways, a genuine Great Lakes aquarium, an eighteenth-century fort, and a downtown Buffalo waterfront that has been quietly rebuilt over the past fifteen years. What it hasn’t had is anyone putting it together.

The Canadian side has sold bundled passes for years. Over here, visitors have been left to assemble the trip themselves — separate tickets, separate websites, separate confirmation emails, and a running argument in the car about whether the next stop justifies another admission. Most people do the boat and drive home, having seen a fraction of what’s within a thirty-minute radius.

That’s what a pass fixes. Not the price alone — the friction. When the fourth attraction is already handled, the aquarium on a wet afternoon stops being a debate and the ballpark on a Tuesday night stops being an extravagance. Families in particular see substantially more of a region when the marginal decision has been taken off the table.

The Niagara USA Pass is the package that should have existed already. We’re building it with the attractions themselves, not around them.

Why We Built the Niagara Falls USA Pass

The model isn’t new — bundled city passes have worked for major US destinations for years, letting one purchase cover several attractions instead of a separate transaction and a separate line at each stop.

Niagara’s American side never had that. The Canadian side did. The Niagara Falls USA Pass applies the same idea here: one pass, delivered to your phone, covering the attractions that make up an actual Niagara Falls and Buffalo trip — not a discount on things nobody was going to do anyway, but the boat, the gorge, the aquarium, the fort, and the waterfront that people already plan around. Launching for the 2027 season.
