Is There a CityPASS for Niagara Falls?
Where the confusion comes from
CityPASS covers Toronto, not Niagara Falls. The Toronto CityPASS bundles the CN Tower with a choice of four more attractions — usually drawn from Ripley’s Aquarium of Canada, the Royal Ontario Museum, Casa Loma, the Toronto Zoo, and the Ontario Science Centre — and it’s valid for nine consecutive days from first use. Niagara Falls shows up in the marketing around it (the CN Tower observation deck claims sightlines to the falls on a clear day, about 130 km away) and CityPASS’s own travel blog has recommended it as a day trip for Toronto pass holders. That’s the entire connection. There’s no Niagara Falls venue on the pass itself, on either side of the border.
Go City runs the same model in Toronto — pick 2 to 6 attractions from a list, valid 30 days — and has the same gap. Go City operates passes in dozens of destinations worldwide. Niagara Falls isn’t one of them, American or Canadian side.
Search “CityPASS Niagara Falls” or “Niagara Falls city pass” and you’ll mostly surface third-party listings and tour-bundle pages that borrow the phrase for search visibility without being affiliated with either brand. None of them are the real thing, because the real thing doesn’t exist here.
What does exist — the Canadian side
The Canadian side has had bundled multi-attraction passes for years, run directly by Niagara Parks. The Adventure Pass Classic bundles four attractions — Niagara City Cruises, Journey Behind the Falls, Niagara’s Fury, and White Water Walk — with two days of WEGO bus transportation. The Adventure Pass Nature swaps in the Whirlpool Aero Car, Butterfly Conservatory, and Floral Showhouse instead. The Adventure Pass Plus covers all seven of those attractions plus the Falls Incline Railway. Prices and exact inclusions shift season to season — check Niagara Parks directly for current figures — but the model itself has been running for years.
Clifton Hill, the entertainment district set back from the falls, sells a separate Fun Pass covering its own attractions — the SkyWheel, mini golf, wax museums, and similar. It’s unrelated to the Niagara Parks passes and unrelated to CityPASS or Go City. Three different pass systems, three different operators, none of them American-side.
What's existed on the American side — until now: nothing
No bundled pass has covered the American-side attractions as a single product. Visitors doing the U.S. side have had to buy separately from Maid of the Mist, Cave of the Winds, the Aquarium of Niagara, Old Fort Niagara, and anything in Buffalo — different websites, different confirmation emails, no combined pricing.
The Niagara USA Pass is built to close that gap: one pass, the American side’s five headline attractions — Maid of the Mist, Cave of the Winds, Aquarium of Niagara, Old Fort Niagara, and Buffalo RiverWorks — with Six Flags Darien Lake and Buffalo Bisons available as add-ons. It’s not a CityPASS product and isn’t affiliated with CityPASS or Go City.
If you're deciding which side to do
